Airships float in the air like ships. The 1920's to `30's was the age of airships, when large-scale rigid-frame zeppelins flew through the air on regularly scheduled routes as passenger ships. There is also a record that Count Zeppelin made an airship visit to Japan during the early Showa period and was very warmly received.

The Zeppelin NT is the largest airship today.
